AIR CONDITIONING RETROFIT, VENTILATION AND MECHANICAL EXHAUSTING OF NOVO MUNDO BUILDING, CASTELO/RJ
MSTC Engenharia was hired at the end of 2016 to retrofit the air conditioning system of Edifício Novo Mundo, located in the Center of Rio de Janeiro, near Santos Dumont Airport, where modern variable volume (VRV) Condensing the Midea Carrier water, in a refrigerating capacity of 510 HP (408 TR), using in addition to the evaporator and condenser units, cooling towers, hydraulic pumps, fans and exhausts of the mechanical exhaustion systems of toilets, renovation of outdoor air and pressurizing of stairs, and are controlled by modern automation systems.

MSTC Engenharia was contracted at the end of 2016 to retrofit the approximately 4,000 HP (3,200 TR) of the RB1 Building's air conditioning, located in PRAÇA Mauá next to the Museu do Amanhã, where the current water systems will be replaced. Condensing with towers, pumps, water selfs and hydraulic piping by modern Midea Carrier variable air volume condensing (VRV) volume systems using about 200 evaporator units and individual condensers per room and being controlled by modern automation systems.
