- Implementation and management of PMOC - Operation Plan (Ministry of Health - Maintenance and Control applicable to air conditioning systems.
- Annual internal cleaning services of ducts with mechanical brushing robots, by shooting, application of antibacterial tablets, microbiological air analysis, all of those according to the standards of Federal Health Surveillance.
- Overhaul chillers: Revision of screw compressors, in order to extend its useful life; predetermined parts are replaced, as prevention, after certain periods in operation.
- Automation in air conditioning systems: Water Central Control Chillers consisting of: Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Thermal storage tanks, etc.), fan coil, Fancoletes, VAV (variable air volume) boxes; VRV systems; and Split Systems, Every effort is done wiewing to maintain temperature, humidity and pressure, as well as its scheduling operation and relay between different equipments.
